Machu Picchu
One of the most complete programs offered in Manu National Park, our Manu Nature Paradise adventure takes you to many of Peru’s jewels. You will begin by visiting highlands and valleys on your way to the colonial town of Paucartambo, then continue to the cloud forest where you will see Peru’s national bird, the cock-of-the-rock, in its daily ritual.

 Pisaq:
Demonstration of traditional Andean weaving and visit to the archaeological site and market. |
Urubamba:
This small pueblo is a cultural hotspot, inhabited mainly by Quechua-speaking Peruvians. Here we stop for a buffet lunch in a touristic restaurant. |
Chinchero:
The main attraction is the colonial church with beautiful old paintings both inside and out. It's set on one side of a square which like the church itself is built on Inca foundations. |
Ollantaytambo:
Is a village and an Inca archaeological site in southern Peru some 60 kilometers northwest of the city of Cusco. It is located at an altitude of 2,792 meters above sea level in the district of Ollantaytambo, province of Urubamba, Cusco region. During the Inca Empire, Ollantaytambo was the royal estate of Emperor Pachacuti who conquered the region, built the town and a ceremonial center. At the time of the Spanish conquest of Peru it served as a stronghold for Manco Inca Yupanqui, leader of the Inca resistance. Nowadays it is an important tourist attraction on account of its Inca buildings and as one of the most common starting points for the three-day, four-night hike known as the Inca Trail. Enjoy a lunch of traditional Andean fare. Return to Cusco city at 7:00pm approximately. |
